World map of registered nodes with a known owner and IPv4 address — i.e. exactly the population that has opted in to public address disclosure via the registry-submission form (see GET /api/nodes's existing privacy contract; this page exposes no address beyond what that endpoint already publishes for these same nodes, just projected as an approximate city-level lat/lon instead of a raw IP). This is a feasibility spike: no marker clustering, no filtering UI, no historical view.
